Based on Spanish, this is the native tongue of Pecali, Evon’s eastern neighbor. Those who live in Tarsur, the mountainous eastern province of Evon, generally speak a combination of Fayralese and Pecalini. There are some occupants of Tarsur, however, who speak nothing but Pecalini.
